Create the app

Under Apps › Custom apps in your admin you create one called «Revaly», with Products (read and write) and Orders (read) permissions.

Copy the app token and your store number. Revaly tests the connection before saving it, so you know right away that it works.

Revaly brings in your products, categories, stock, currency and sales, and starts comparing them with your competitors’ prices.

In Tienda Nube every product has its price and, if you set one, a promotional price. Revaly compares with competitors using your price, detects when a promotional price is active and, while it lasts, its strategies do not suggest a price for it. When you apply, only the price changes: your promotion stays intact.

Do I need to install an app from the app store?
No. You create a custom app in your admin, give it Products and Orders permissions, and paste its token and your Store ID into Revaly.
What happens to products with a promotional price?
Revaly detects them on every sync and, by default, its strategies do not suggest a price for them while the promotion is active. You can change that behavior in each strategy.
Which price does Revaly change in my store?
The product price. The promotional price is never touched, so your promotions keep working exactly the same.
Where do I find my Store ID?
In your store’s code: open it with «View store», choose «View page source» and search for «LS.store». The number shown as id is your Store ID. The step-by-step guide is inside the dashboard.
Does Revaly change my prices on its own?
Revaly calculates the price and you decide. You see the suggestion next to each competitor’s price and apply it to your Tienda Nube store in one click, without leaving the dashboard.
How often are competitor prices checked?
Revaly checks them automatically: every day on paid plans, at the time you choose, and once a week on the Free plan. And if you need a price right away, you can run an instant check with your credits.
