• Communications with the User

The Company may collect and process the following categories of data:

• Provide, operate and maintain the service
• Run automations and recommendations
• Improve algorithms, AI models and features
• Ensure security and prevent fraud

The User acknowledges that data processing is essential to the operation of the service.

The Company uses third-party technologies, including but not limited to:

• OpenAI
• Firecrawl

The User expressly accepts that:

• Their data may be processed by these providers
• The technologies used may change at any time
• The Company does not have full control over third-party systems

The Company may share data with:

• Infrastructure providers (AWS, Hostinger or others)
• Technology providers necessary to deliver the service

Payments: Paddle as Merchant of Record. All payments are processed through Paddle.com Market Ltd, our only payment gateway, acting as authorized reseller and Merchant of Record. Paddle is not a mere data processor: it is an independent controller of the transaction data (buyer identity, payment data, billing address and tax information), which it processes under its own Privacy Policy and its Buyer Terms. From Paddle, the Company receives only the data needed to manage the subscription and provide support.

The Company does not sell personal data, but may use it in aggregated and anonymized form for internal purposes.

Data may be transferred to and stored in:

• Other jurisdictions where providers operate

The User expressly consents to such transfers, even if their country does not offer the same level of protection.

• Active users: data kept while the account remains active
• Inactive users: deletion after 5 years from the last activity or account closure

The Company may retain information where necessary for legal obligations or legal defense.

However, the User acknowledges that:

• No system is completely secure
• Use of the service is at their own risk

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for:

• Unauthorized access outside its control
• Security failures at third parties
• Data loss arising from external factors

The website uses first-party and third-party cookies. We group them into three categories:

• Necessary. Essential for the website to work: security, session and remembering your own cookie preferences. They require no consent and cannot be disabled.
• Analytics. They let us measure how many people visit the site and which pages they use. Provider: Google Analytics, through Google Tag Manager.
• Marketing. They measure how well our ads perform and allow relevant advertising to be shown off-site. Provider: Google Ads, through Google Tag Manager.

Prior consent. Analytics and marketing cookies stay off by default and are not installed until you expressly accept them in the notice shown on your first visit. Refusing is as easy as accepting: the notice offers “Accept all” and “Reject all” with equal visual weight, plus an option to choose category by category. Browsing the site does not count as consent.

How to change your decision. You can change or withdraw your consent at any time from the Cookie preferences link in the footer, with the same effort it took to give it. You can also delete cookies from your browser settings.

We store your choice for 12 months in a technical cookie called revaly_consent. After that period we will ask you again.

The Company may modify this Policy at any time.
