On paid plans, Revaly checks your competitors' prices every day, at the time you choose; on the Free plan, once a week. And if you need a price right away, you can run an instant check with your credits.

We handle it for you. The engine separates the final price from the struck-through price and discards installment lines, so we don't confuse 12 installments of $5,000 with a price of $5,000.

With your store URL and a pair of keys (Consumer Key and Consumer Secret) that you generate in your WordPress dashboard. Revaly verifies them against your store before saving them, and from then on syncs catalog, categories, stock and sales.

No plugin needs to be installed. The connection is made with your store's API credentials and is validated on the spot: if something is wrong, we tell you before saving.

Payments are processed by Paddle as Merchant of Record, so Paddle issues the invoice. You have a 14-day guarantee with no need to give a reason.

Yes. Each account works in isolation from the others, and the same store can only be linked to one account: if you try to connect a store that is already in use, the system rejects it.
